The Elkhart Public Library provides its patrons with access to thousands of online reading materials through the Hoopla app. Whether you're a book nerd, or just prefer reading via your device, Hoopla gives members of the Elkhart Public Library countless reading picks for all of those "I forgot my book" moments.
