We just finished up a promotional video for the American Sign Language Department here at Goshen College. Professors Deb Gessinger and Colleen Geier exhibited a passion for their department that we found to be inspiring. Our favorite part in filming this video was attending a Boy Scout’s meeting.It was awesome to see Goshen College students aid in the communication between the Deaf and hearing communities. We even learned a few signs ourselves!

We want to thank these students and the ASL department for giving us an opportunity to know and experience Deaf culture and the interpreting profession.
